Approach

How an engagement runs.

STEP 01
Scoping
We agree on the business question, success metrics, and decision owners before any work starts.
STEP 02
Diagnostic
Structured data gathering, stakeholder interviews, and a baseline we can measure change against.
STEP 03
Delivery
Fixed milestones, weekly status, and deliverables reviewed by the client before sign-off.
STEP 04
Handover
Documented playbooks, trained internal owners, and a clear transition plan — not permanent dependency.
Payments & Terms

Transparent pricing, flexible terms.

Engagements are scoped per project and quoted in a written Statement of Work before any work begins. Most assignments are delivered on fixed-fee milestones; discovery reviews and short advisory work can run on time-and-materials.

No surprise invoices. Scope, deliverables, and payment schedule are agreed in writing up front — your finance team sees exactly what is coming, when, and why.
